Kirsten lives and works in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area and currently works at Olney Theatre Center as their Production Manager.
Allowing her to combine her organizational skills as a Stage Manager with her knowledge of Arts Administration, fulfilling her commitment to arts access and helping arts organizations achieve inclusion. Access to art originates from an organization's infrastructure, and as an arts manager, her goal is to use her skills and passion for accessibility to make the arts more inclusive for all.

Kirsten is graduate of Point Park University's College of Performing Arts with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre with a focus in Stage Management.
Kirsten is a graduate of the George Mason University's College of Visual and Performing Arts with a Masters in Arts Management. She presented her capstone based on the idea of arts access for all; Access to Arts for All: Design Template for the Creation of a New VSA Affiliated Organization: VSA Rappahannock.

Special Highlights
In November 2012 Kirsten stage managed the Premier Production of Faction of Fools' A Commedia Christmas Carol, which was remounted for the 2013 Winter Season. Faction of Fools was the recipients of the 2012 John Aniello Award for Outstanding Emerging Theatre Company presented by the Helen Hayes Awards.
January 2013 - October 2014, she worked Backstage Manager (Entertainment Tech - Floor) for Carnival Cruise Lines.
In September 2018, she returned to Stage Management after taking time off to earn her Masters, George Mason University, with Constellation Theatre Company's production of Elton John & Tim Rice's AIDA.
Since returning to stage management she become the Production Stage Manager, for Adventure Theatre MTC. Where she worked the creation on of the TYA version of the musical Big River, based on the 1985 Tony Winning production and the new telling of The Velveteen Rabbit by Patrick Flynn.
January 2021, she made the switch to Production Management full-time by accepting a position with Olney Theatre Center.
